Here Is my evaluation of the program!:
Sorry if i do not chance the line, but I have problem to do that. The program install itself and no needed to configure it.
The PCT IS has a simple inerface were you can find everything in a minute. It has after my opinion a stron firewall and you dont need to answer it if it ask you if different programs need acces on to the internet. The program install a toolbar on the browser ( mine is IE7) were it cheks the links youre about to enter. If something wrong with the internet site you have the possibilities to get information with just one click on the browser, in addition when you search on google it comes with small icons on the search page so you can see if the page is good or not.
The scanner have an okey velocity and scans your links. I was feeling completely sure when I did use Pc Tools Internet security 2009 ————–But, I use windows xp professional and it did not pass the compability test so windows warned mee to install it and right after eksaktly 10 days my computer will nto do much and my HD was working the hole time. So I unistall that and my computer was working okey again lucky mee, right now I deciding what antivirus I will have.
The things I did not like in PCT IS 2009 was: You have not the possibility to select wich files you will delete in each category, you can only delete the hole categority or none. It scans the links in your favorites and you have no possibilities to turn it off this feature.
I could not properly see the icons on google search and did write to there support team, and they asked mee to totally install my IE 7, when I did try to ask if when I migrate to the new IE 8 I was needed to unistall my IE 7 first for have the possibilities to see the icons, they did not answer me.
Thats it, enjoy it if you have win xp only not professional
