At a first sight O&O Disk Image 3 Express Edition has a very big and annoying lack : although the software allows its creation - you can not restore the image of a system partition ( possible with the purchased versions )

As for O&O RegEditor - it is an integral component of O&O BlueCon, the ( + 500 $ worth ) all-in-one professional administration toolbox for system repair and data recovery.
Note the “professional” issue so … To be handled with care and only if you know what you’re doing !

Note that “Verwenden Sie bereits O&O Software?” means ” Are you already using an O@O Software” .
2. Check your mailbox for a message coming from register@oo-software.com, containing your license serial number code .
3. Download the installer for the latest version of O&O DriveLED 2 HERE . Run the installer and use the licence key to register. That’s it !

Note that your version of O&O DriveLED 2 will be valid for all hard disks on a computer AND for unlimited use, with no time expiry restriction .

O&O Disk Image 3 Express is worthless if it doesn’t restore the image of a system partition.

Installed on Vista Home Premium 32, but, it seems not to work properly. Tried the SMART test but nothing happens. It seems it is stuck. The O&O site doesn’t say it is Vista compliant.

As said in our article we have installed Driveled 2 a few month ago and NOW we have just checked if the promotion is still on . This is the reason of missing this important point .
We are lucky to have guests like you - making us realize that we have ONLY installed it on XP.

I think above post was one of the first one I made with 4Free.
I know that you receive all the same e-mails all the rest of us receive, but, just as a reminder, O&O if giving the new DriveLED 3 for the people that have the registration code for the previous version. I removed the soft because did not work on Vista, but kept safe the serial number.
Let’s see how this thing works. Maybe the version 2 link is still working and getting the version 3 could be a two step action - first download version 2, get it’s serial, then get version 3. See this link :
