I’m not sure if this has been communicated to you before; if it has, just ignore it.

    Registration page:
    http://www2.ashampoo.com/webcache/html/1/trial_step_1_6218_20_USD.htm
There are some more for other languages, but it’s irrelevant, since you can change the language of the app form “Settings”.

You know this is already very popular.
We’re trying to reveal mostly genuine stuff on 4Free.
Nevertheless we can only appreciate your intention to share.
    Regards !

After putting in the License key it, you get a message that it’s valid for 40 days. To make it a Full Version you have to register it with Ashampoo.

    Cheers!

Hey guys. 6-month license for ESET NOD32 and 12-month license for McAfee Virus Scan Plus w/ Site Adviser.
I found the info for ESET NOD32 here: XXX
There was also a direct link to the McAfee promotion in the Raymond article but then I found the following article with images and descriptions of how to get it: XXX

This is not a big deal or anything but I am guessing you were referring to the XXX website in the comment following my original post???
    XXXX
Like I said its not a big deal but more so my curiosity.

    maybe you know this situation:
    1. They use clones ( very impolite - the least to say ) on 4Free ( on Raymond too )
    2. No original content … And they don’t give the due credit to real sources ( 4 Free included , among many others )
It’s not on us to judge anybody … But we’ll never advertise on 4 Free this behaviour.
Like you say : no big deal. All sides can simply mind their own business and life goes on .

And since I’m still here, here’s sth on the lighter side (not exactly “latest important news”):
Keep Your Wallpaper Fresh with Cross-Platform Wally by lifehacker

(1st published on Download Squad, as mentioned by lifehacker himself).
It’s sth to auto refresh your wallpaper taking advantage of a great number of image sources.

    Site Content Analyzer On GOTD

Obviously a great tool and a clever way to approach SEO problematics.
By the way, I feel sorry for the developer the GOTD comments are so lame…

Jeff V. I notice that WOT also advise caution. All I can say is that I received the link in an email from Raymond cc. I have run a check as far as I can using http://cqcounter.com/whois/ and it is showing everything pointing to iobit and tucows.

IPNetInfo also gives the same details for the IP address as far as I can tell. If anyone can enlighten us as to why this site has a bad rating I would like to know too!

    Hi everyone,

Though I don’t have MSE installed on my PC, here’s sth from Ghacks that could be of use to many:
    Microsoft Security Essentials Updater
    http://www.ghacks.net/2009/11/16/microsoft-security-essentials-updater/#more-18581

As stated by the developer, it can update MSE even if Windows Update is disabled.

Anyone using MSE could test and give a feedback?
